Customers may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:<\/p><p><strong>Overpayment of fees.<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Failure to deliver services within the agreed time frame, as specified in the Service Agreement.<\/li><li>Cancellation of services within the applicable refund period as defined in your Service Agreement.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Reimbursement Request<\/strong><\/p><p>To request a refund, follow these steps:<\/p><ul><li>Contact our Customer Service team by email.<\/li><li>Provide your full name, contact information and specific details of the refund request.<\/li><li>Attach any supporting documentation, such as proof of overpayment, if applicable.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Reimbursement Process<\/strong><\/p><p>Upon receipt of your refund request, we will carry out the following steps:<\/p><ul><li>We will verify your identity and the details of your application.<\/li><li>We will review the terms and conditions of your Service Agreement to determine eligibility for reimbursement.<\/li><li>We will notify you of the status of your refund request.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Payback Time<\/strong><\/p><p>Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3 business days from the date of approval.
