Affiliate Program Policy

Last Update: June 15, 2026.

Purpose of the Policy

This Policy sets forth the general terms and conditions for participation in the Multi Logistics Affiliate Program.

Its purpose is to promote collaborative relationships with independent professionals, companies, and organizations interested in recommending Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, administrative management, operational support, business consulting, and other solutions offered by Multi Logistics.

Participation in the Program implies acceptance of this Policy, as well as the Terms and Conditions and other policies published by Multi Logistics that are applicable.

Eligibility

They may apply to join the Affiliate Program:

  • Natural persons over the age of majority with the legal capacity to contract.
  • Legally established companies or organizations.
  • Independent professionals and consultants who carry out activities compatible with the Program's objectives.

The submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance as an affiliate.

Multi Logistics will evaluate each request in accordance with its commercial, technical, and operational criteria, reserving the right to approve or reject any request without obligation to justify its decision.

Registration

Interested parties should complete the application form available on the website or use Multi Logistics' official contact channels.

The company may request additional information to complete the evaluation process before approving enrollment in the Program.

Nature of Participation

Participation in the Affiliate Program is independent.

This does not create an employment relationship, commercial representation, agency, partnership, franchise, mandate, exclusive distribution, or any other link other than that expressly agreed upon by the parties.

Affiliates are not authorized to:

  • To legally represent Multi Logistics.
  • Sign contracts on behalf of the company.
  • Modify the commercial terms for the services.
  • Assume obligations or commitments on behalf of Multi Logistics.

All negotiation and contracting of services will be handled exclusively by Multi Logistics.

Program Participation

Affiliates may recommend Multi Logistics' services using only information and materials authorized by the company.

All communication must respect Multi Logistics' corporate identity and present truthful, objective information consistent with the characteristics of the services offered.

Multi Logistics may update commercial materials when it deems necessary.

Best practices

Affiliates commit to:

  • Promote services ethically, professionally, and in compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Act with good faith and transparency in all your activities.
  • Do not make false, misleading, or deceptive statements to potential clients.
  • Do not make unauthorized promises, warranties, or commitments on behalf of Multi Logistics.
  • Do not use the trade name, logos, brands, or corporate materials for purposes other than those expressly authorized.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of business, technical, or strategic information accessed during participation in the Program.

Commissions and incentives

Commissions, incentives, or any other economic benefits shall be established through individual agreements between Multi Logistics and each affiliate.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the right to payment of a commission shall only arise when:

  • The referred client has finalized the service contract.
  • The previously agreed-upon commercial conditions have been met.
  • Multi Logistics has received the corresponding payment from the client.

The company may modify commission schemes, incentives, or promotional campaigns when necessary, promptly communicating such changes to the involved affiliates.

Payments

When commissions or incentives are due, they will be paid in accordance with the conditions previously agreed upon by the parties.

The affiliate will be responsible for providing correct and up-to-date banking, tax, or administrative information for the proper management of payments, as well as for complying with applicable tax obligations.

Brand Usage

The trade name, logos, graphic materials, business documents, and other intellectual property assets of Multi Logistics may only be used with prior authorization and for activities expressly related to the Affiliate Program.

Any unauthorized modification or use of said materials is prohibited.

Confidentiality

All commercial, technical, strategic, or administrative information provided by Multi Logistics shall be treated as confidential.

This obligation will remain in effect even after the affiliate's participation in the Program ends, unless disclosure is required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Multi Logistics.

Termination of participation

Multi Logistics may suspend or terminate the participation of any affiliate when it detects breaches of this Policy, misuse of the brand, business practices contrary to professional ethics, breach of confidentiality obligations, or any action that may affect the company's reputation, business interests, or operations.

The affiliate may request their voluntary withdrawal from the Program at any time by written communication addressed to Multi Logistics.

Termination of participation shall not give rise to any compensation, notwithstanding the payment of commissions previously approved in accordance with the prevailing conditions.
