Cancellation Policy

Last Update: June 15, 2026.

At Multi Logistics, we understand that a company's needs can evolve during the development of a project. Therefore, requests for cancellation or modification of contracted services will be evaluated based on the status of service execution, commitments made, and the conditions established in the commercial proposal, service order, or corresponding contract.

Multi Logistics' services are professional, administrative, and business consulting in nature, and may involve planning, analysis, partial or continuous execution as per the scope agreed upon with each client.

Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through Multi Logistics' official channels, including the necessary information to identify the client, the contracted service, and the reasons for the request.

Applicable conditions

The possibility of canceling a service will depend on the stage of its execution.

When a service has been planned, initiated, or partially executed, proportional charges may apply corresponding to activities already performed, hours of work invested, resources allocated, tools used, licenses, consulting, or other operational costs incurred for the provision of the service.

The specific applicable conditions will be those established in the commercial proposal, service order, or contract signed between the parties.

Service modifications

If the client requires modifications to the scope, schedule, or features of a previously contracted service, Multi Logistics will assess the feasibility of the requested changes and communicate any adjustments that may affect the originally agreed-upon timelines, costs, resources, or conditions.

All modifications must be approved by both parties before implementation.

Partial non-refundability

In professional, consulting, or BPO services, payments made may not be refundable once the service has begun, to the extent that resources have been allocated or work has commenced, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.

Business Contracts and Agreements

When services are provided under specific contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), or other commercial agreements, the conditions for cancellation, suspension, termination, or modification set forth in those documents shall prevail over this Cancellation Policy.

In case of conflict between documents, the contract, service level agreement (SLA), or commercial proposal signed by the parties shall prevail.
