Customers have the right to cancel services provided by Multi Logistics at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team by email. We recommend providing written notice to ensure timely processing.

Cancellation Process

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will carry out the following steps:

  • We will verify your identity and the services you wish to cancel.
  • We will confirm any outstanding payments or fees.
  • We will initiate the process of termination of services.

Termination of Services

Upon confirmation of your cancellation, services will be terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in your Service Agreement. Please refer to your specific Service Agreement for any applicable notice period.
